How can I make a Return?

When can I request a return?
Normally it is possible to start the return procedure within 14 days of receiving the products.
Is it possible to make a change?
No, it is not possible to make changes. You will therefore have to proceed with the Return request and then possibly place a new order.
🆘 Shipping
What are the delivery times?
We have 2 types of shipments
Standard shipping: 4/6 working days from the moment of the order, except for delays by couriers or deliveries in disadvantaged areas (it can arrive in 48h depending on the areas)
Express Shipping: 24/48 working hours from the time of the order, except for delays by couriers or deliveries to disadvantaged areas

When does my order leave?
Currently, for the organization we are following, we are able to process orders very quickly;
All orders placed between 00:00 and 9:30 leave the same day, after that time orders will leave the next working day
Can I track my order?
Absolutely yes, after placing the order, when it is shipped you will receive the various emails with all the updates of the shipment, whether it is the Standard or the Express one, you will still receive the shipment tracking code by email which you can also monitor by CLICKING Here
Do you also ship abroad?
We are working on it, it is not possible to select foreign states from the purchase on the site, however on request by contacting us it is possible to create a shipment to all neighboring states, remaining within the shipping times, however, which should not exceed 7 days!
Ex. (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc)
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Guaranteeing very fast processing and delivery times, it is not always possible for us to be able to cancel or modify an order placed

What can I do if the courier was unable to deliver my package?
Usually, in the event of non-delivery, the courier will carry out about 2 more delivery tests on the following working days, but if you receive a failed delivery attempt, do not hesitate to contact us immediately by email at babyboutiquebusiness@gmail.com or by calling us on 0363 224991 and one of we will assist you by trying to get the package back to you as soon as possible!
I just placed an order but I made a mistake / I want to change the delivery address
Contact us now through our support channels, by email at babyboutiquebusiness@gmail.com or by calling us on 0363 224991 . If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to promptly modify the delivery data
🆘 Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any type of payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) therefore Postepay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
We also accept cash on delivery payments with an additional contribution of €3.50
It will soon be possible to pay in installments.
All our payment systems are secure and encrypted
Can I make a secure payment by paying with Paypal?
Yes, it is possible to pay with Paypal.
Are payments safe?
We take the safety of our customers very seriously. Precisely for this reason we only use encrypted payment systems that comply with international regulations.
Most of our payments are handled by Shopify Payment
Your card details are completely secret and will only be used to make the payment. Nobody, not even us, has access to these codes.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, it is now possible with an additional contribution of €3.50
